But, like everything else that has happened in my life, unexpected road blocks seem to pop out of nowhere, even in the best of situations, and we have yet to crash and burn. (Well, there was that house fire...but that's another story entirely.)
I feel like I'm standing in a doorway and I'm not allowed to move forward or backward--in limbo, as it were. Good news, however. I am starting to see a break in what is holding me from moving forward and we just might actually pull this whole thing off! Keep your fingers and toes and eyes crossed (on second thought, please don't cross your eyes--it frightens me) and maybe we all can enjoy this exciting new journey on the bayou together.
