She is apparently really afraid of bears! Of course, this guy kinda looks hungry. But don't worry, she's safe. She fed him a cookie and everything was a - okay!

I know exactly what you mean by the "us" vs. "them" attitude! I hate that! It really puts a damper on the morale of the organization. Of course you suck it up, because if you didn't, your paycheck would be an issue! I'm not sure if it is a good ol' boys situation, a "I clawed my way to the top and will do everything to keep you down" attitude, or what, but man, it gets old sometimes!
